CONWAY — The federal lawsuit that a San Diego couple and a Strafford County man filed against the Kearsarge Lighting Precinct in federal court, alleging the precinct’s short-term rental ordinance is unconstitutional, has been stayed until next year.

The KLP covers parts of Bartlett and North Conway. In addition to handling street lighting it has zoning responsibilities.
