CONWAY — The 40th New Hampshire Law Enforcement Special Olympics Torch Run will take place Thursday with a leg running through the Mount Washington Valley in the morning.
Conway Police Chief Chris Mattei is organizing the Jackson-Conway leg of the torch run, which has various runs all over the state.
