OSSIPEE — A Carroll County Superior Court Judge Monday agreed to let a Conway man accused of dealing cocaine attend residential treatment if he can find it. But she warned he’ll go straight back to jail if he doesn’t follow through with it.
In September, a press release announced that a joint investigation by the state Attorney General’s Drug Task Force, Wolfeboro police and Tuftonboro police had resulted in the arrest of Frank W. Mansfield, 38, of Conway on eight counts of selling cocaine and one count of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, each one a Class A felony.
