BARTLETT — Though the regulatory process remains expensive and the cost building materials high, changes in Conway zoning in recent years have helped make affordable housing more possible .

That was the upshot of the Mount Washington Valley Housing Coalition’s recent housing charrette, with the reveal of the hypothetical exercise held Monday evening at Ledge Brewing in Intervale and attended by about 30 people.
