CONWAY — Verizon is going to install a COW (cellular on wheels) tower from November to March for at least the next two years at 16 Seavey St., property owned by the North Conway Water Precinct in front of the fire department garage just off Main Street in North Conway.

Chip Fredette of Verizon, joined by Water Precinct Superintendent Jason Gagnon and Assistant North Conway Fire Chief Josh MacMillan went before the Conway Planning Board on Aug. 20 to get feedback on their proposal.
