FRYEBURG, Maine — After multiple delays, the Eastern Slope Regional Airport Authority voted “yes” on proposed bylaw amendments at its Dec. 6 airport membership meeting.

The new bylaws would slim the authority board from dozens down to 11 members, of which three would come from Conway, two from Fryeburg and six from surrounding towns.
