BARTLETT — The dream of late property owner Stoney Morrell for a community recreation complex of gardens, a fitness path, ballfields and possibly someday an outdoor track oval, is set to finally take shape, with a groundbreaking in July for the first phase of a Morrell Family Community Complex.

On Tuesday afternoon, Bartlett Selectmen's Chair Gene Chandler and Selectman Vicki Garland joined Bartlett Athletic and Recreation Association Director Annette Libby for a press tour of the nearly 22-acre site off Route 302, east of Bartlett Village and across from the Skidaddlers Ski and Sports Club.
