BARTLETT — Superintendent Aimee Frechette is recommending the Bartlett School Board put an article on its March warrant declaring the town as an "open enrollment school district." She believes this is the best step for Bartlett to maintain local control over student enrollment.

Open enrollment means that a public school can accept students from outside the district.
