BARTLETT — Never discount the possibilities of a few determined people with a common goal, especially when it comes to celebrating local history.

That certainly describes the effort to save and transform the former St. Joseph’s Catholic Church into the new museum for the Bartlett Historical Society. The mission of the museum is to tell the story of the former railroading town. It will also be dedicated to the history of the neighboring mountain hamlets of Hart’s Location and the ghost logging town of Livermore, both located in nearby Crawford Notch.
