CONWAY — Ah, the heat wave is behind us and we’re in for a fab weekend with temps in the low 80s and sunny skies today after the oppressive heat that we had earlier this week in the 90s, with Ken Rancourt reporting we hit 96 degrees on a scorchingly humid and sunny Wednesday.

Of course, into everyone’s life a little Ceili Rain must fall, and it did on Thursday afternoon in a thunder storm that hit a few hours before the opening concert of the five-concert 2025 Arts Jubilee summer series at the base of Cranmore featuring the locally much-beloved Celtic pop band, Ceili Rain.
