CONWAY — And so into every skier’s life a little rain must come — and alas, that’s what we got on Friday after we’ve had such a great run of natural snow and cold snowmaking temperatures from last month to this week before Christmas. The good news is that Friday’s rain will weigh down the snow that didn’t melt from the rain, fog and 50-degree temps, and all areas were stockpiling the snow from their snowmaking in the weeks prior to the rain so with some grooming and the resumption of snowmaking, local tracks and trails ought ot be in good shape when the holiday week.
