Christmas season in Tamworth was ushered in by a wonderful fundraiser for our beloved Tamworth Community Nurses Association, hosted by The Preserve on Dec. 6. Snowflakes were flying as I arrived, and the Barn took on a festive aspect against a wintery background as I trudged through the snow. A warm welcome from head nurse JoAnne Rainville awaited all the guests as they surveyed tables decorated for the occasion.

When everyone was seated, Rainville thanked everyone for attending and supporting TCNA and the feast began, with seasonal music by Becky Riley. A buffet with something to suit all tastes had been lovingly prepared by the Kimball and Neysa Packard and served by an amazing crew of helpers.
