In late January 2026, non-profit organizations, local welfare offices, and community partners across Carroll County will come together to conduct the federally required point-in-time count of people experiencing homelessness.

This annual snapshot, mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, provides critical data used to guide funding decisions, inform policy, and shape services that respond to local needs.
