CONWAY — Tufts Health Plan Foundation recently announced a $10,000 Momentum Fund grant to the Mount Washington Valley Adult Day Center, operated by Memorial Hospital Elder Health Services, to launch a dementia-friendly community resource center that aligns with the Mount Washington Valley's designation as an age-friendly community.

Forty grants — totaling nearly $400,000 — were awarded to community organizations.
