CONWAY — The Mount Washington Valley Adult Day Center has been selected to participate in a new program called Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience, known as the GUIDE program.
A $20,000 grant from the Endowment for Health will fund care planning, coordination, and ongoing monitoring of the program, as well as caregiver education and support.
