Labatt Brewery's streamlined 1947 beer truck. (WIKIMEDIA COMMONS PHOTO)

Among the appearances the showy spectacle makes is when Budweiser public relations makes a massive error in reading the social consciousness of their customers and they trot out their impressive team of draft horses dressed in their shiny black leather tack and leading what today would be considered an early beer truck to try and win back loyal drinkers.
