CONWAY — The Conway Planning Board on Oct. 24 unanimously approved a new design for the façade of the retail space formerly occupied by Christmas Tree Shops store in Northway Plaza in North Conway and a request to amend the plans to split the site into two 17,000-square-foot stores.
The 34,000-square-foot store at the north end of the plaza located at 1584 White Mountain Highway has sat vacant since the bankrupt Massachusetts-based chain closed the last of its New Hampshire stores in August 2023.
