CONWAY — Continuum at North Conway LLC on Oct. 30 completed its acquisition of 126 acres of land from the Kennett Co., marking a significant milestone in the development of its Ridgeline Community.
Ridgeline is slated to offer senior housings, ski condos, commercial leasing, medical office buildings, plus memory care and assisted living facilities. The project is pending final approvals from the Conway Town Planning Board.
