LEWISTON — The Laker boy sprinters have been a focal point of the team results this indoor season and they shined again at the Class B state Indoor Track & Field championships Monday.
Jayden Cote (6.93 seconds) and Sam Burnham (6.94 seconds) placed sixth and seventh in the 55-meter prelims and then again in the finals 30 minutes later. Their times in the finals were 6.96 for Jayden and 7.03 for Sam. Colby Galvin just missed the finals with his ninth-place prelim time of 6.96 seconds and Saul Burnham was 15th in 7.05 seconds.
