Lewiston — Kenneth Towne of Bridgton passed away on February 6, 2026, surrounded by family. Kenny grew up in South Bridgton on his family’s dairy farm where he learned hard work, perseverance and long days as a way of life. He continued to live a life defined by service, hard work and a deep love for family, community, and the outdoors.

Kenny attended a small schoolhouse in South Bridgton and later attended Bridgton High School followed by proudly serving his country in the United States Air Force. Kenny returned to South Bridgton where he built a home next to the family farm and resided for the duration of his life. Over the years, Kenny worked many jobs including milk delivery, a carpenter, and contractor. and later as a lumber salesman. He took pride in honest work and craftsmanship.
