Last July, amidst the celebration of the 20th anniversary, the Rufus Porter Museum of Art & Ingenuity made a bold promise. 

RPM launched an ambitious plan to honor the legacy of Beth Chalmers Cossey — co-founder, longtime trustee, and dear friend — by investing deeply in education, youth development and community engagement.
