To The Editor:

This is an off-year election without any offices on the ballot. This does not mean it is an unimportant event that can be skipped. On the contrary, there are questions to vote on that will have an impact on our lives. The concern is that there will not be a substantial turnout, resulting in a decision that does not reflect the overall view of the community.
