LOVELL — The Charlotte Hobbs Memorial Library hosted the opening of the Art & Politics Art Show on Saturday, July 11. This year’s art show features work by Ann Williams, Eric Kuntz, Ashley Kuntz, and Penny Williams. During library hours and when other events aren’t scheduled, the art show will be available for public viewing until the end of August.

The Art & Politics class, hosted by Margaret Nomantana, meets monthly at the Charlotte Hobbs Memorial Library. Participants are assigned a political topic for their artwork each month. The following month, the class meets to share and critique the work together. All styles of art and all skill levels are welcome. Classes are free. A new session begins Sept. 5 at 10 a.m. For more information, contact Margaret at outerspace@earthlink.net
