Don’t look now, but today is the midway mark for November, time is flying by fast, and girl’s high school basketball has begun; next will come boy’s basketball and boy’s and girl’s hockey, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years!
To finalize the Veteran’s Day Tribute, last Friday I attended the Berlin Middle School Veteran’s Day Assembly, which was excellent as usual, and by an invitation from my buddies, Liam and Owen, was able to hear cousin and Capt. Nick Erickson, and former Gorham High School three-sport athlete and student, speak to the Ed Fenn students via the internet regarding the military and the purpose of Veteran’s Day. It was an excellent presentation by a young man who is dedicated to serving his country.
