The Nazi extermination of 16,000,000 Jews and Slavs up to 1945; the Russian systematic starvation of 7,900,000 Ukrainians in the 1930s; Pol Pot’s Khmer Rouge slaughter of 3,000,000 in Cambodia in the 1970s; the Russian Tsarist slaughter of 1,500,000 Circassians; the ongoing genocide by the Chinese government against millions of its Uighur population in Xinjiang; the Rwandan Hutu extremists massacre of 800,000 in 100 days in 1994; The list goes on, and on, and on, and on.
