The Roy Family and Northland Restaurant receive Lifetime Achievement Award

SHELBURNE – The Roy family, owners of Northland Dairy Bar and Restaurant in Berlin, were recognized with the Androscoggin Valley Chamber of Commerce Lifetime Achievement Award at Friday's annual chamber dinner.

Berlin City Manager Patrick MacQueen and Walter Nadeau of the Berlin and Coos County Historical Society were given 2013 Boom Pier awards for their efforts organizing RiverFire and the Maynesboro Stud Memorial Run respectively.
