BERLIN – Dusten Mark Duren will be arraigned on a charge of second-degree murder “for knowingly causing Caitlyn Naffziger’s death by shooting her in the head. Naffziger, who would have turned 32 on March 10, is the mother of the two children police rescued on Friday after an Amber Alert posting.

The arraignment will be in Berlin District Court, or 1st Circuit Court–District Division in Berlin, on Monday, March 4.
