BERLIN — U.S. Rep. Ann Kuster spent three jammed packed days in the North Country last week meeting with groups tackling issues ranging from health and substance abuse to veteran issues and climate change.

The public had an opportunity to question the Democratic congresswoman at a town hall meeting she held Thursday night at White Mountains Community College. A small gathering turned out, with the bulk of the questions centered on immigration and health care.
