PITTSBURG — The need for greater security at the northern border where New Hampshire and Canada meet was highlighted in a woods-to-water tour by Vivek Ramaswamy, a candidate for the Republican presidential nomination.

Ramaswamy, 38, with Pittsburg Police Chief Rick Dube and Coos County Sheriff Brian Valerino following in their respective work vehicles, rode in a sightseeing-size tour bus. The graphic wrap around the bus in October differed from that of April when Ramaswamy, his family and political team rode into Berlin’s Main Street. Instead of “Vivek 2024, A New American Dream” the wrap now reads “Join The Revolution ... Truth. Vote Vivek. We Can Handle The Truth.”
