BERLIN — One of the things that people have missed during this pandemic is the ability to touch other people. This has been especially hard on those in nursing homes who are already socially isolated and lonely. The COVID-19 pandemic has closed nursing homes to visitors and those restrictions are only gradually easing with limited visits requiring social distancing.
