BERLIN — Mayor Paul Grenier will testify in Concord Thursday in favor of legislation that would stop future cuts in state education stabilization aid.

House Bill 177 would stop the phase out of the aid program and set future stabilization grants at the 2018 level. A public hearing on the bill is scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday in the legislative office building in Concord.
