GORHAM — A Massachusetts woman suffered significant injuries Friday when her snowmobile hit a bridge support cable and rolled over on top of her.

Theresa Ravesi, 67, of Maynard, Mass., was attempting to cross a bridge over the Peabody River to reach the Corridor 19 trail when one of the snowmobile’s skis inadvertently rode up a bridge support cable and the machine rolled over on top of her.
