ERROL — Errol Fire and Rescue aided a 34-year-old man who was injured when his foot slipped off the running board of the snowmobile he operated along Trail 115 west of Errol Village on Saturday.

Steven Blanchette of Plaistow sustained a serious but not life-threatening injury, New Hampshire Fish and Game conservation officers reported. The accident happened around 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 27.
