CONCORD — A Merrimack Superior Court judge has denied Volodymyr Zhukovskyy’s appeal to reinstate his New Hampshire’s driver’s license.

Ruling Zhukovskyy operated his truck “unlawfully” in the 2019 crash that killed seven Jar Head motorcyclists in Randolph, Superior Court Judge Martin Honigberg upheld the decision by a N.H. Department of Safety hearing officer to suspend Zhukovskyy’s license for seven years.
