BERLIN — A sales and confirmation hearing is set for July 12 on a plan by the owners of Burgess BioPower biomass plant to reorganize the company and resolve outstanding claims.

Originally scheduled for June 6, the hearing has been postponed twice and last week Burgess BioPower and Berlin Station filed to reschedule the hearing before Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Delaware on July 12.
