GROVETON — Hundreds turned out Saturday for the grand opening of MOMS North Country Powersports, celebrating the opening of a store local officials hope will become an economic anchor for the region.

The mood was festive, with people touring the building, checking out the ATVs, sampling offerings from the various food vendors, and marveling at the host of activities and specials.
