LANCASTER — The case against a Berlin man accused of stabbing an individual in the eye on Main Street in Berlin last June has been dismissed.

Joshua Riff, 29, of 104 Verdun Street faced two counts of first-degree assault and three counts of second-degree assault stemming from the incident that took place on Main Street in Berlin on June 19.
