BERLIN — Work to update and streamline the city’s zoning ordinances continues, with consultant and planner Judi Barrett telling residents gathered in city hall auditorium June 2 that a master plan and zoning tweaks are “a way of guiding change.”

Berlin’s updated master plan provides a pathway for this, and zoning updates are now in their third review. The master plan was approved in 2022.
