BERLIN — The city is accepting preliminary proposals for the purchase and development of the former Brown School building and property. Interested parties have until 2 p.m. on Nov. 14 to submit proposals.

At the same time, Berlin is formally expressing interest in taking over ownership of the former N.H. Army National Guard Armory for a possible police station.
