BERLIN — City voters at the Nov. 4 Special Election for state representative for Coos District 5 will choose between Democrat Corinne Cascadden and Republican Marc D. Tremblay.

Results from the Sept. 16 primary determined that it will be Tremblay representing the Republican ticket and not Johnathon Henson.
