BERLIN – The city is looking at a 35-cent increase in the 2015 property tax rate. City Finance Director Patty Chase told the city council Monday night that the N.H. Department of Revenue Administration will set the city's official tax rate at $33.35, compared to the 2013 rate of $33.

The city council had projected an increase of 34 cents when it approved the fiscal 2015 budget in June.
