BERLIN – The Coos County delegation is working on legislation to address the valuation of renewable energy projects that have Payment in Lieu of Taxes agreements.

The delegation, which met in non-public session Thursday, is working on legislation to address the issue in the unincorporated places, specifically the issue that has arose over the Department of Revenue Administration's valuation of the Granite Reliable Power wind park in Millsfield and Dixville.
