BERLIN – A group of three firms that specialize in acquiring and auctioning distressed industrial properties submitted the highest bid yesterday for the bankrupt Isaacson Structural Steel. One member of the group is Counsel RB Capital, the former owner of the Gorham Paper and Tissue mill. The other two firms involved are Myron Bowling Auctioneers and Hilco Industrials. Their bid was $2.4 million.
