At the April 3, session of the First Circuit Court, Berlin District Division, Matthew Blais, 28, of Berlin, was fined $100 for each of two counts of violating a city ordinance by allowing his dog to chase people or vehicles.

Ryan Brown, 19, of Berlin, was fined $100 driving without a valid license.
