BERLIN — On April 2, the Berlin Police Department with assistance from the Coos County Sheriff's Office, Gorham Police Department and the Colebrook Police Department arrested Richard Devoid, 67, of Gorham.

The arrest was the culmination of a lengthy investigation by department personnel. Due to the nature of the investigation, members of the Northern Emergency Response Team took Devoid into custody without incident.
