CONCORD — Attorney General John M. Formella, Conway Police Chief Christopher C. Mattei and Berlin Police Chief Jeff J. Lemoine announce that Eric S. Hogan, age 29, of Berlin, New Hampshire has pleaded guilty and been sentenced to the New Hampshire State Prison for multiple drug offenses in two counties.

Hogan pled guilty to one count of possession of a controlled drug (fentanyl) with intent to sell and one count of dispensing a controlled drug (fentanyl) in Carroll County Superior Court.
