CONCORD — Gov. Kelly Ayotte announced on Oct. 22 that New Hampshire Medicare beneficiaries in Coos and Carroll counties will be able to select Medicare Advantage plans for 2027 starting Nov. 1.

This Medicare Advantage coverage in Coos and Carroll counties follows collaboration between the governor and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Plans will be available through Medicare Advantage carrier Devoted Health, which is currently also offering Medicare Advantage plans in Hillsborough, Grafton, and Sullivan counties. Medicare Advantage-eligible individuals in Coos and Carroll counties are encouraged to wait until Nov. 1 to enroll if they wish to consider these Medicare Advantage plans.
