As the U.S. Congress works out the final negotiations on a stimulus bill, the city is positioning itself to take advantage of any funds that may be available to communities.

Meeting in work session Monday night, city council reviewed costs estimates to have the engineering and design work done for six capital projects. H.E. Bergeron Engineers Inc., was the successful bidder to do the engineering at a total cost of $580,406.
