BERLIN — Tony Urban, who died Thursday, was remembered as an educator, an avid supporter of athletics and a dedicated public servant. But above all, he was described as someone who cared deeply about young people and the city where he was born and lived until he moved south to Bow last year as he battled a rare cancer.
