The Northern White Mountain Chamber of Commerce is reorganizing and optimistic about its future.

Interim Chamber Director Dick Huot said the chamber will focus on business development and retention. It will also work to promote and market the Androscoggin Valley and host fund-raising events that draw attention to the region.
